Strength: A skilled manipulator and consummate liar, which is backed up by her potent natural magic.
Weakness: Pretentious, self-obsessed and prone to holding grudges.

Other notes: One of the infamous mishaguji curse deities of Suwa, who came to disagree with Suwako's leadership and left the kingdom for Gensokyo, where she ravaged the land until being defeated by Hikaru. Seeing a potential use for her, though, he spared her in return for an oath of loyalty, which she has loathed to no end. With rumours of an invasion from Makai, she has made a point of collaborating with Remilia that vampire to help bring the Hakurei family, perhaps the greatest obstacle to the invasion, down from the inside. She feels the need to personally bring them down a peg; doing so via one of their own is a dose of irony just too good for her to pass up.

Additional Info: Ohgi Hakurei is a youkai hunter, as any member of his clan, but what most people don't know is that he's a member of the Secret History Association, an organization dedicated to eliminate all youkai of Gensokyo and fully dedicated to their cause. He sneers even when mild youkai like Ran visit the Human Village, spies on humans who start to sympathize with youkai, and he didn't kill them yet because his boss told it's better not. In battle, he's ruthless, almost a sociopath. Is there something he wouldn't do to achieve his goals?
